Parakeet, Blue Crown Conure and Green Cheek Conure, European starling, sparrow, 3 dogs, 8 chickens and a turkey, rabbit

Least amount of animals we've had in ages though

Pretty much all are rescues except for the chickens (Except for our one feral we caught)

Eh, pretty easily. Chickens coop is fairly self-sustaining, only needs to be cleaned out about once every few months. The birds have their paper changed, keeps it from getting caked in shit. Rabbit is fairly clean, dogs too
