I forgot the exact name, buut, there's this different tactic of sleeping some people use - and it depends on your hours available - where you get 8 hours of sleep a day by operating under a different schedule.

So, suppose you wake up at 6:00 a.m.

You'd go to bed at 2:00 a.m. wake up at 6, then go to work, idk, 7. If you catch a break, take a 1 hour nap. Once back, 1 hour nap. Then 2 more
