sometimes it is hard to stop myself frmo voicing an opinion even tho i know i dont have the energy to discuss it

bc that takes a LOT of energy

& i don't like getting wrapped up in in-depth discussions unless i know i have the spoons for it

there are so many arguments i could get into and a lot of things that legitimately bother or upset me but i cant get into them because it's just not practical? i have to choose my battles

& sometimes that just applies to regular discussions too
