LOL
psychologist KAPPA
Huh?
psych majors
LUL
I just met a lot of shitty psychologists and it's an interesting thing to learn so I want to try and be a good psychologist
the problem is ive never met a level headed one
either libtards or biblethumpers
I can't imagine a religious person being a good therapist / psychologist
See? That's why there's need for good ones and I want to at least try to be that
my physician was better than any psychologists i ever had
Okay how good is he at his job
i love jordan peterson
I started going to CBT. Hopefully it's gonna be fine
hes gotten a bit biblethumpy as of late but his mentality just needs to be taught
@MySatellite me too. I wish I could have him as my teacher
he understands that medicines and all can help but he always pushes that you are the only one that can pull you up
get up pussy, itll be hard but if you can find the footholds someone might be able to help you up
and someone will be more willing to
medicine shouldnt be the solution
it should be an aid
medicine wont do shit if you dont do shit for yourself
you can escape the sadness but not the mentality
The fact that he said he's still on antidepressants and would never go off them is kinda silly to me. They should be an aid like you said
Actually medicine does do shit regardless of your personal actions
they can treat tho
I didn't do "anything for myself" because there's absolutely nothing I could have done
and help balance
but he is the only one that can keep himself up
Honestly for me it was more of how I physically felt rather than a mentality
I felt sick everyday
the medicine puts the footholds in place but you gotta climb out for yourself
well not just physically felt but
yeah
use meds to help find a balance
Doctors hand out prescriptions for antidepressants though it's kind of retarded
they give them to people who don't need them
Me personally, I've tried medication and it either didn't do shit or made things worst. Obviously it helps some people but it should be used to balance you to a point where you can work on yourself and then quit the medication. Not to be forever dependant on it
