@Sir Aggie Aye, but gender dysphoria throws a wrench into those works. I too disagree that a third or non binary gender exists, but despite Dysphoria being a mental illness, the treatment for it should be accepted as a sexual transition.

Gender is a mental state, allowing it to be susceptible to mental illness; there is no other logical way that gender dysphoria induces what it does.

Therefore, sex, male and female, must by definition differ from gender, boy and girl.
