What I was talking about for Rep is a difference between being emotional and animated, and you're talking about a difference between objective and subjective opinion. I don't think those two topics are one and the same, because I think you can have opinions that aren't based in emotion. Maybe that's where I'm having a hard time

You substitute video games for news articles or events that happen in online or IRL, and the result might not be that different
