I don't think there is much of a slander case, but you should not respond to legal questions without an attorney with you or with a script your attorney approves.
- if you post videos where you respond to legal questions it may limit what your lawyer can argue in court!
Don't commit yourself to a legal narrative without an attorney's input.
There are probably things you can say that won't damage your case, but you make certain you know what they are.
