I have severe anxiety, and my panic attacks have been getting worse for the past few years. And recently it has been really bad.

And, well, it sucks because I can barely rest because my resting heart rate is over 100bpm despite me being underweight.

Yeah. I've been admitted to several psychologists and I'm now waiting a few months to be given regular sessions with a specialist in severe anxiety, agoraphobia and depression.

Ah, sorry @mari - it's the intense and extreme fear of being in public places. This usually ties in with anxiety disorders.
