Lets say kid 1 gets invited by their good friend to a vacation in a condo near the river with responsible adults and they're gonna wear a life jacket and be on tubes when swimming and kid 2 gets invited to a lake to camp out with a crappy friend, who would you give permission to?

Im not a parent myself but I would say the first on that evidence but they/you cant be completely unfair with it because that can make a bad behavioured child worse if they think your favoring one over the other. I suppose it depends how bad the friend is, how safe the lake is and how hard of a time they have been giving you?

Again i'm not a parent, i barely babysit, i'm just a person with a sibling who was worse then i was yet treated better so honestly that alone might skew things.

Meanwhile im just laying around at home with cabin fever because I didny go out at all the entire summer break

And by treated better it wasn't my parents it was my grandmother, forgot to clarify. I would say if they where aloud you should of been as well. I know when i went to girl scout camp my sister was allowed to as well (once she was actually a girl scout)

I had the same issues with my sister but i didnt get on them right away either but far sooner then my sister had.
