Why is Romantic relationships in there for censorship

I was poking at a jelly fish today without realizing

Kids can't know about love

they can't know their parents are even romantically involved

They can't even watch almost all TV shows anymore

They're very, very protected or didn't grow up in a very good home

And by that I mean if they're 5 and up I'll explain it and answer their questions

Like I'll be open to allow good communication but I will have rules and stuff like that
