So I bought a switch from eBay, the guys violated the TOS, (so in theory maybe free switch?) they removed his account and by this time it’s already shipped apparently, they I get a call from eBay and they tell me that since he broke TOS that I’m instantly refunded my 235 bucks and if I receive the item still, it’s mine and the seller is just fucked lol.
