my one friend stee showed a pic in an other discord of a pack of cigs that had a pic and a messaging saying "smoking wll kill your unborn child" and i commented saying "the only time ill ever encourage people to smoke" AND I GOT WARNED FOR THE COMMENT T_T
Well a lot of people find that stopping yourself from making suicide or death jokes can actually help you be more at peace with yourself and feel a little better on average
idk man . self deprecation has actually helped me come to terms with shit i cant control
that's one of the things I did to start trying to better myself when my mental health got to a point where I was hallucinating almost daily and delusional

my parents threatened to send me to a hospital to "fix" me when I said I'm not catholic
