Me and my sister are going to split whatever house is there into a duplex

Then we get to start our business properly

What business

Well, a few things. Mushroom hunting will be our year round thing, then ice cream truck seasonally

As well as selling art on the side

I'll have room to do sculpture again

She can sell acrylic paintings

She was able to sell her paintings for 500$-700$ a piece

So just a few here and there will be really helpful

Ice cream trucks do really well here too. A lot of people make around 12-15k in a summer season doing it

Our whole property is gonna be a mess though. My mom will be running an animal rescue again

Well, bird rescue

Would be really cool if my bird would leave me alone

Last time it was a ferret shelter

I do for 6 hours

And she still won't give me a single second
