What I’ve learned is if we gain weight it’s not all bad because we could be gaining muscle mass. I had a weigh in for my ED recovery process and I gained a pound or two and I was broken. But he showed me I gained muscle

Yeah, muscle mass is more dense and weighs more than fat, so if you gain weight but KNOW that you lost fat, you lost a good chunk of fat and gained a good amount of muscle
