I think the most uncomfortable thing about having cancer is people treating you differently. I’ve went through chemotherapy to cure my cancer(not gonna get into it for this mini rant). But anytime I would talk about my cancer people would treat you extra nice to the points it’s really uncomfortable.

If I’m gonna invest in a 3D printer, it’s gonna be something upwards of a cubic meter, but I can’t afford one of those right now

A 400x400x450mm printer is like $700

Then again after looking at google images I don’t think one of those even exists for the consumer market, so I’d probably be looking at a DIY deal
