I just listened to my mom go on at length about how she blackmailed my dad after he cheated on her by keeping a hard drive that had incriminating evidence of him hacking satellites and shit in the 90's

She said he bought her a car after her's got repo'd because he wouldnt transfer the name so it could get payments, it was under his name but he asked her to pay for it. She didn't, cause wasn't under her name and they were divorced at this point. Eventually it broke down and she gave it away to some bums. Not a week later he calls her asking if she's made payments on it and she completely unashamed says "Nope". And then asked her where it is. And my dad is the type to be super polite when he's pissed, and just quietly seethe lol.

He actually tried to break into the house at one point to get the hard drive back, but she'd put it in storage under a friend's name.

We literally JUST got rid of it as we moved last winter. After like 16 years.
