You already have as much melanin as you'll ever have tbh. You don't need "more melaning" to be healthier.
basic knowledge on sun tanning and you even admitted to it but you're being so rarted about it
Already seen this wiki. It literally states moderate sun exposure can promote vitamin D. Not that tanning does.
So i dont know what you're trying to prove here
Other than you dont know how to read Ig uess
Not surprising though
Usually, your natural skin tone already is good enough.
Ok but take for example Africa vs Sweden
@Bloodedge explain white people that go from white/pale to tan?
African people can take heat much better than me
that's not "all they'll ever have"
My skin would get fried
the fuck do you mean "not that tanning does"
but that sun exposure is that's the same fucking thing lol
Controlled damage to the skin. You're deliberately cooking your skin to a nice tan, or damaging it.
Why do you think people who tan use tanning oil?
that's not what melanin is
Sunscreen won't get you shit.
that's sun burning
the lack of melanin
Sunscreen protects your skin from burning by repelling UV rays.
The opposite of what you want in a tan.

Sun screens aren’t to protect you from tans
Yes they are.
yes because a lot of people that tan TAN for long periods of time which increases the likelyhood of burning
They’re to protect you from UV rays
they also do it during peak hours
If you repel UV rays you don't tan.

<:feels:280645240572870656> but I do
their point isn't to get more tan it's to get more Vit D
That's probably because you're using the wrong SPF index.
Wdym
But the proper SPF shouldn't get you tanned.
SPF index is how much UV rays does the suncreen allow to pass.
<:FeelsKek:379422423206068245> uses random spf sun screen at beach
The lowerst is like 5, the highest is SPF 100.
it's a farce
“Of course you can still get tan while wearing sunscreen,” Serrador says. “It all depends on the strength of the SPF.”
