Ok... So!
I put them in the case, made sure that they were 100% charged.
Both the case and the earphones are fully charged.
The right one pairs and works perfectly fine.
The left one is stuck with a red light and it won't turn on or off.
I factory reset them out of the case and in the case.
I deleted and unpaired them from all of the devices I paired them to. (My phone and tablet.)
The right one factory resets but the left one is just frozen. I got a picture.

I wasnt in chat last night,,,,must have been before

To clariffy I'm not mad at Rep, I love the earbuds but I'm sad it broke.
