yeah, I never stuff the bird anymore mostly because I've had a bad experience where the turkey wasn't completely done in the middle
We've never stuffed it in my house
It was the first year after my mom died so I was doing the meal myself and she always stuffed it
We have 13 people coming over and we have 2 turkeys. 1 22 pound with stuffing that's getting baked and 1 14 that's getting deep fried
It's just my dad uncle and myself
My older sister had 5 kids... The head count adds up quickly
