i see many many ways around that card

no matter how gay it may be, it takes 1 effect to boop it out of the game

Not if you have 3 of them

And 2 normal blue eyes ultimates

Cause you can banish up to 2 in a turn with it on the field or you can have a normal ultimate and negate 3 effects

If you're chaining more than 3 effects then you were gonna stop the attack anyways

Moral of the story is get a better backrow and you're unstoppable

Or just get 3 cosmic cyclones and never lose
