Why
I’ve always had a fascination with it
I can always change what I want though
I still have do do more research
If thats your thing go for it
Tho if you want to draw some useful experience for whatever from it post service, I dunno what is there really as an arty man
@Parabellum I have to do the academy course
I mentioned that above
4 years?
I think its 3 here
People here do it along with uni so Im guessing its 3 years
so you would actually attend military academy?
after uni already?
I guess thats how it works
I know you can do it at the same time but I also know you can skip the academy
Or I can also just join as a soldier
Either that or a tanker
if you skip academy your underlings and superiors will look down on you
I also dont see why youd want to be either artillerist or tanker as I said before. Not exactly career with a lot of transferable skills
infantry is cool
Like the ones that dont relate to the military
I'm probably gonna go for standard infantry or mechanized.
Most likely just infantry.
Yeah artillery doesn’t have that much experience I can use outside of the military
Start a lawn mower business
bruh imagine taking a combat job instead of going into either something applicable to a trade or something easy like admin, logistics, or intel
I mean.
Im doing ROTC because Im a biotechnology major
I want to do RND
Intelligence is actually super useful post-service, it seems that people really dig the credentials of a dude who can work with secret intel
I may work in an arty battalion post-conscription for the probation period just to get more money so I can start living again
but I got no illusion about the job being useful in any way other than money
Oh goodie maybe I can get some money outta my chosen job
20 years army intel
Right on out to a corporation
you got the jewish genes that they need as entry requirement
Make plenty of cash
😂😂
so you are set for life
