@Raikon
>Not havint two mice, one for left, one for right hand

2019-11-18 11:24:28 UTC

I have considered that.

2019-11-18 11:24:44 UTC

Getting an Apple Trackpad for gestures for left hand

2019-11-18 11:25:18 UTC

Not sure how those would behave on non-mac environments, but I like the idea.

2019-11-18 12:14:11 UTC

most of magic in apples trackpad is software side tho

2019-11-18 12:14:23 UTC

the trackpad is not nearly as nice even on same machine running windows~

2019-11-18 12:14:45 UTC

its one (if not only) thing they have done in hardware-software wise tbh

2019-11-18 12:16:50 UTC

Dell TP713 (if you want wired one) is quite nice if option for windows tho .. specialy if you dont care to install random githuv drivers and do powershell shenanigans to get mac touchpad to work

2019-11-18 12:44:42 UTC

to the other news : intel scrupped all their support stuff

2019-11-18 12:44:43 UTC

:D

2019-11-18 12:45:17 UTC

"buy newest or never find bios update to your shit" (given most they are deleting are 90s to 2000 bios stuff for old stuff.. but its still major fuck you to any repair&repurpose plans

2019-11-18 12:48:54 UTC

(and yes old news and yes they did same to graphic drivers before that)

2019-11-18 13:54:08 UTC

but hey lets forget that for a moment and look at this https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/topics/idsa-cip.html#CollectedData

2019-11-18 13:55:33 UTC

surely driver writing and computing improvement needs data like `<Other devices in your computing environment>` and` <The categories of websites you visit>`

2019-11-18 14:46:20 UTC

archive.org has most of them mirrored

2019-11-18 14:54:48 UTC

Including the downloads?

2019-11-18 15:02:20 UTC

yes

2019-11-18 15:02:35 UTC

342GB

2019-11-18 15:38:48 UTC

yeah thankfully they are smart enough and got the note before the purge began

2019-11-18 15:39:01 UTC

just like they archived all of microsofts KB and patch notes when microsoft startted to delete all those

2019-11-18 15:39:35 UTC

makes me wonder if they archive windows 7 and all of its patches

2019-11-18 19:28:26 UTC
