Actually I was wrong

I bought a high end X370 and top ryzen 7 first gen 2 years ago, assuming that I could jump to the high end zen2 after 2 years

I feel sad

I didn't buy the CPU yet because I read it just won't work with X370

yeah, the area around the cpu socket

where the VRMs are

I have a front to back airflow and the CPU is watercooled

if the cpu is watercooled you usually miss out on a lot of VRM airflow

The area around the socket is empty, I can make some better cooling there
