theres not much space in iems shell

so they cannot fit a battery, pcb in them

and their shape is not flat

So IEMs get real fancy with it for maximum audio quality, while TWS figured out how to put a Gameboy speaker inside your ear

nah, tws is also fine but iems are a whole different world

if you want something for sports, running, etc

get a tws

otherwise get an iem and a bluetooth module
