Its pretty clear that American forces and weapons are used to destabilize the region so that Israel can gain more power via expansions and so on. However Israel is not the only party that gains in this arrangement. The American Military Industrial Complex gains as well. Also so do the big oil companies. All of these groups have political lobbies. and they work together to get us in the middle east
