Saints Row 2 is leagues better than both

I never played Saints Row 1

overall I like 4 because of the emphasis on character development of the side characters over the series and Im doing this playthru on the hardest difficulty

I do like that you can upgrade cars to be viable alongside the superpowers

esp since you can just like summon your vehicle

after a while anyway

Yeah, SR 3 had some real iconic moments, even if most of the game was focused around blowing shit up on your own time.
