@BabaBooey because it’s cheaper ya dingus. If they already ship their businesses out to produce somewhere like China to avoid costs. What’s to stop them from moving to some other nation and doing so for themselves? Your just trying to find some medium to siphon money from. And if you tax those rich people already personally paying tax. They will just take themselves and bail. Europe tried this same idea and it didn’t yield in any great number of return simply because those big whales your trying to harpoon just leave.
