Along with lots of other changes but a Written Constitution is a start

we should be a federal absolute monarchy

responsblity is something that is majorly lacking

A pure democracy is not exactly a good thing

But a representative democracy will just talk itself to death

a palolibertarian government would work but we would then need a absolute monarchy since to have liberity there must be order and the monarch provies that order

yes but it is far easier for the majority to accidently kill themselves, then a monarchy and if men are inherently self interested then who do you have a democracy
