Digital Bros, parent company of 505 Games, has disclosed that they received a payment of 9.49 million euro from Epic Games for Control.
Which I would imagine is for exclusivity.

So, it seems reviewers of Untitled Goose Game were asked to wait until 5PM UK today, 17 hours post release, to put out their reviews, videos, streams etc of the game. A situation where people buying it themselves can get coverage out sooner. That's a shame.
