For this playthrough I've changed the galaxy settings so that no empires exist at the start of the game except for my own. I've conquered a quarter of the galaxy and now the primitives have had enough time to form their own empires. I've also doubled the amount of habitable worlds and made the amount of primitives 5x so we've covertly infiltrated a few worlds at this point along with simply invading one

There's going to be a legal snafu over EULAs eventually if this shit keeps getting more and more ridiculous. They only even exist as-is because they're in a legal grey area, and nobody wants to deal with challenging a corporate legal team even if they'd be in the right to do so.

IIRC, one of my lawyer friends said that they're extremely untested in contract law, and there's a very good chance they'd be thrown out simply because of the degree to which nobody reads them.
