Actually buddhism is much more of a self centered belief system.
It’s not about alleviating the suffering and impurity of others. It’s about doing that for yourself.
So you can mediate and eventually achieve nirvana.

BUT no if you consider that when you love someone, they become apart of you

so the thought of losing them is like asking you to disconeect an arm or a foot

I just find it sad that the only differences mentioned in Christian sects are fundamentally methodological in terms of the rituals happening in the Church as a building.
