Suggestion: We should drop terms like "illegal immigrant" and "illegal alien" in favor of "trespassing foreigner."
"Trespassing Foreigner" makes it clear that they are not a citizen, and do not have permission to be here.
It also makes it abundantly clear that their mere presence is a criminal offense.
