Different applications of cyber.. this isn't something one should have in the singular.

The operation types than a Marine generally deals with is different than what an Airman, Seaman or Soldier contends with in their individual spheres.

And imagine having to constantly liason with the DoD cyber to do anything cyber related.

Easier to have your own team that knows what you need.
