you could directly appropriate the surplus produced by medium to large firms and pay out dividends to different groups (including the head managers) at fixed rates, maybe with the only caveat being that managerial dividends are split between personal income and money that is to be used for capital investment only with the latter growing in proportion the larger the total surplus is
