Abrams have been knocked out but the ones you see destroyed aren't american that actually have the depleted uranium in the armor so you could argue they would have stood a muchbetter chance had they actually had that
Several american abrams were knocked out but they too were from friendly fire or intentionally destroyed by friendlies to keep them from being captured by enemies
apart from teh gulf war, these two tanks haven't really seen enough combat to truly judge combat effectiveness against tanks though i reckon they'd both still hold up quite well based off their gulf war experience, where they performed very well
