Depends what you mean. The reason there is no ppl from the Arab world there is because they might as well come to German if they are already in the EU, not really because of policy. If you look at polling data, the thing that the Polish public opinion is concerned about, in term of immigration, is Islam, not the immigrant's race. And the gov IS importing workers - from Ukraine most notably, but also from Southeast Asia and India
So the desired effect is similar to the white nat ideal, but the reasoning is rather different
That's because Islam is just a dog-whistle for race, since it is a more politically correct way of saying so
