You are not taking into account externalities of such transactions

I don’t think the government should be able to ban it

As I already said, it promotes degenerate in the society which is harmful in the long run

Because banning it hasn’t fixed it

The government should absolutely ban it, there can be ways to properly ban it

But the government cannot properly ban it tho

If ban isn't fixing it because of illegal drugs, then improve the police force

There are ways around it

But throwing money at it doesn’t fix it

Cuz many years ago people though that was worse than a lot of the “bad drugs”

But in some obvious instances, the answer is clear

We already ban selling of bestiality porn

I think we should regulate weed like alcohol

Government is not a sterile entity meant to do nothing

They are a force to advance society

That is why we have democracy

let me rephrase my statement the government shouldn't get involved in some cases and in the other cases they shouldn't ban it but regulate it
