Part 5 originally suffered from bad scans when the manga reached the west

But Part 6 was just bad

not Araki's finest writting AT ALL

and my take on Jolyne is that she can be likable but obnoxious

Pucci himself wasn't terrible, it's the characters he interacted with that where

the sons of Dion was a terrible attempt at recapturing the Giorno lighting twice

so the characters just sort of drag the whole thing down

I'd HAPILLY accept DP doing a re-writing of Part 6 with Araki's blessing

I think they should keep the integrity of the story, and I didn't like Pucci because he just felt like another Dio fanatic like Enyaba or one of the flesh bud-infected stand users, and i can't remember his name but the son of Dio that could control those flying rods would've been cooler if instead of having a stand he was just a vampire like part 1 Dio @SideTracker

Because it overall was the same power with the removing body heat thing

Araki by part 5 basically forgot Vampires where a thing in JoJos

im still holding out on a JoJo part set in 1980s Soviet Russia with a Gopnick Joestar and lots of Hardbass

it's a genuinely fun idea

That'd be great but I'm also hoping that part 9 has a weird mix of Jolyne and Giorno as the protagonist

nah i think Araki is falling into a writing loop if he does that

I haven't gotten to part 8 yet but I remember that Josuke 8 is some unholy mashup of Joseph, Jotaro, and Josuke in the best way possible

might as well go full balls and make part 9 set in the future

And I think it'd fit with the theme of the sbr continuity

like a Cyberpunk type future

That'd be cool

let Araki's imagination shine through with the future

Stands that have a cyberpunk aesthetic would be amazing

hell it'd also let Araki explore his weird fashion ideas

and make it not look too out of place

Sailors with IPhones is too much

and Araki could DEFINITELY go full balls with a futuristic setting with a lot of techno shit and what not

I think it being out of place is part of the experience though

make Stands something that's known to governments and create like a Black Ops team of Stand Users

Like seeing Giorno sitting at a cafe with normal people in background while he has his boob-window suit

Part 9 could be about a Future where society is under the thumb of consumerism and government surveillance

And okay, military stand users does sound cool

Imagine La Squadra but trained in the Special Forces basically

but imagine if the whole world is Bizarre

rampant meaningless consumerism of food tech and fashion
