Why was I pinged?
@dude-that-pinged-us Why are you gay?
Im watching Sargon's "The Meltdown Continues" and Yes i can confirm. Mexicans view parts of America as Mexican Territories. I was in California talking to some illegals and they asked where i was from. I told them Arizona. They looked at me confused for a moment then said, "Oh, North Mexico! Yeah yeah ok."
peng
Do not overuse the power of peng
People will get so desensetised to it that it won't get the attention you want when you really need it
Who pinged me? Who dafuq pinged me? Who's the slimy little communist shit twinkle-toed cocksucker in here who just fucking pinged me!?
And of course he finished the video with a bit of plastic panic lol. I like Sargon but it would be nice if he would research environmentalism before speaking about it. Good thing most the topics he covers he does research quite well.
On the subject of plastic however, most sources misrepresent the true problem at hand. There is no real risk of plastics taking literal thousands of years to decay. Yes in a sealed environment they MAY take a few hundred (calculated not proven for obvious reasons), but in the natural world plastic is not so invulnerable. Scientists continue to discover more and more organisms, some micro and some macro, that eat plastic with no detriment, but actually break it down for nutritional value. Various bacteria break down plastic fully. Then you have things like waxworms and meal worms that can eat plastic and are aided in digesting it by their gut bacteria. Then you have species of algae that again, fully digest plastics. So called "micro plastics" do exist but are largely mythological as unaccounted for plastics are often accredited as "micro plastics" without evidence.
The real concern is not "how do we get rid of plastic?" Nature solved that mystery as soon as we discovered how to make plastic. The real question is "what will future ecosystems look like?" Since the saying 'if you feed it you breed it' is almost always true, what will population blooms of previously rare micro and macro organisms do to the balance of life? What other animals will have population blooms due to an explosion in their prey population?
But no its easier and more profitable to stay focused on humans and hate on businesses.
