no, u can either post or u cant, tho they have the ability to take permission for posting here if that's the case

No I mean, you can take away everyone's ability to "Send Messages" in the channel, but allow "Embed Links" and I think that should make it so this channel is only for the links and doesnt get cluttered by chat during the livestreams
