@Xaverius its still in development, they let thing get ahead of themselves when they switched engines and veered away from being a remake then they decided to switch back to using Unity like in their demo and pushed back their release date
@TriHelix Ooh, so they decided the "switch to UE and make it completely lifeless in the process" was a wrong decision!

I mean you could make it work on UE, the unity demo was so unstable I could never get it to run for longer than 30 minutes
The Unity Demo worked perfectly fine for me
it had alot of weird system specific issues, I looked into it a bit and it's a complete dice roll

they have the SS1 Remake to make

Plus a full on remaster of SS2 with working multiplayer and mods and shit
