And it's worth remarking on how Catholicism has been, at best, kind of a mixed bag for European prosperity. How? I explained why one might be justified in concern about "Catholic interests" or why someone might operate in favor of them. Values, ethnicity, religion, tribe, this all factors into loyalty.

Catholics are less an ethnicity, than Jews. But even then Jews are also multiple ethnicities, which don't always cooperate. The chief actors in the west, as far as I'm aware, tend to be Ashkenazi, but there's also some Sephardic.

You clearly know less about Catholics than you do about Jews then....

And I suspect you're not going to explain how.
