If your goal is to destroy the country, then you'd be a traitor. But I don't believe most of these people actually want to destroy the country, I think they are very naive and think we can afford to let anyone in and foot the bill for everything

the destroying of the country for many of them would be an unintended consequence

Its the explicit goal of the ideology that is seeping into the democrat party but they don't even understand the ideology themselves because they aren't actually full blown socialists

Sure, and there are the higher ups and some people on the bottom who do align themselves with the ideology. but I think most people are just voting for what they think sounds good and nice. I don't think most people are exactly ideologically entrentched

more so, they are afraid to appear as a bad person and they associate voting against these things as being bad, largely due to MSM craming propoganda down their throats

1. The majority of democrat voters are exactly like that and not ideological

There is a point to be said about the media narrative appearing as a bad person thing but I don't know how to explain it I can only observe it in the example of say

few sane people if any would condone these events, but those who support guns are perceived being, not in favor but in a way responsibile

like there's a mentality that if you don't like school shootings, you must be anti-gun etc
