I'm pro national service for any out of work or education by the time they're 18.5, but I would want people willing to fight and die for the country be able to vote for it.

make unemployment money only work if you previously had a job, and scaled to it

the unemployment here also goes down and eventually ends if you dont get a job soon enough

its intended to support you until you get something within 90% of your previous earnings, then over time it goes down in money and percentage to like 70% or something, and then they just drop you completely

How do you handle incapacity for those who can't return to work and how is it decided if some one is incapacitated?
