I do @Marushia Dark
Neuschabenland is always fascinating
Battle of Britain gamg
he had enough fuel to invade the landmass of russia
The most underappreciated section of any military is the logistics branch.
Logistics is what wins wars
especially considering it's the only treaty no one has challenged since
it was tight but they had fuel restrictions and rationing in germany for a reason
@Al Capwned You might wanna check out the video I just linked as well
no they didn't @lancelout
unfortunately invading a massive country like Russia, even the finest logisticians would have a handful
Every part of an army is what wins a war
that was the biggest critizism of Hitler, that he didn't let his generals fight the way they wished to on the Eastern front
There's also the problem of having to garrison and pacify occupied lands lest they revolt from within
but the reason had to do with fuel
Every division is like an organ, if you get rid of one the whole thing falls apart
Tanks are good but without fuel, tanks are useless
blitzkrieg relied on using tanks to outflank the enemy
that required massive fuel reserves
Infantry is vital, but without food, they are useless
hitler didn't tell his generals WHY but told them to minimize such tactics
without adequate logistics, neither are goign very far
^^
logistics wins wars
without question
any Ark player knows this
it's why russia hasn't been invaded
successfully
cool, well you kids talk amongst yourselves, I'm gonna go grab some food.
you can punch through the door of the soviet union/russia.
how long can you stay though
@Marushia Dark used to work for DoD; he talks about Aegis crusiers
lol
France made it to moscow, they didn't last.
Germany made it to Moscow, they didn't last
yup; logistics defeated them each time
and logistics was defeated by the Russian winter
Excuse my historical illiteracy but when did france do this
do what?
