But usually those guys are so used to defending by that point you can get like 5 minutes to relax and prepare to either do the same thing again or just get ready for them to try it

If that doesnt work, you can do the beacon diversion strat

Take your squad, have one of you carry a beacon, capture the point closest to their spawn and just try to defend it for as long as you can. The longer you can hold it the more of their team will divert to try and get you

As long as one of you remains alive you can keep respawning and placing down beacons to just be a nuisance at their spawn capture point

I think my squad's record with this strat was 7 minutes

Which was enough for our team to capture C
