My entire region is one huge forest

i have a 1/2 acre and can be in nYC in a little over an hr

It's one of the densest states in the country statistixally

But here are trees fuggin everywhere

Zoning and Development here is heavily controlled

It's called emerald city for a reason

like everything else out is on the Western Commune

It would take me 2 hrs to get tonnyc
