My workplace is haunted, its a kitchen and often we all hear or see things, sometimes things fly off the shelves in the store room.
My first day there i kept thinking "if ylu leave me alone I'll leave you alone", no contact has happened so far so seems its working

It's like that, you listen to the imam reading from the Qur'an, repeat 'Allah Hu Akhbar' at the end of each passage, and do a whole dance with kneeling and prostrating
