I have been to Canada a few times, only reason i have a problem with that is getting back, the border agents are kinda A holes about that.

I've heard stories of agents being verbally rough on occasions

they have good reason to, but some take it a bit far

last time i was out there the guy was giveing me a hard time because he didn't want to directly ask for the "toll" and they had just changed the rules so you were supposed to prepay.

they call it a usage fee or some such rot, but it's just a toll.

for me there are "trucks" and "pickups"

"trucks" are big and build to haul goods, most of them have trailers. they are build by the likes of Mack and Freightliner.
then there are "pickups" and those are built by the likes of Ford or Toyota.

basically the difference is Volvo and Chevy.

truck is an umbrella term for me

there are semis and pickups

I usually call the pickups trucks

so when i say "truck" you need to read "semi"
