But the NHS on its own is one of the best you need to peel back the onion sort the management sort the funding train and make the NHS prosperous for our own people to go seek out jobs in it its the only long term security it will have.

If we continue to bury our heads in the sand the NHS wont improve at all the front line services up and down the UK do an incredible job with the very little they do. It doesn’t get the gratitude it deserves imo.
